OUR COMMITMENT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY

Remarkable Labour is committed to the Health & Safety of all of our staff. Our number one priority is that all our staff have the right to go to work expecting to return home safe. This commitment sees us working in consultation with our
clients to ensure they also share this obligation, keeping us at the forefront of best practice Health & Safety.

We’ve developed an extensive Health & Safety programme to raise awareness of key practices for success and to ensure everyone is aware of their obligations around  work safe management practices.

We have a industry leading in house Health & Safety induction which all our workers complete before stepping foot on any worksite. When a worker is placed onto a site they are provided with additional information which outlines the risks associated with that specific role and site. As a result, workers will arrive on site with a good knowledge of their H&S responsibilities and equipped with the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

We expect all of our clients to ensure our workers are inducted onto their individual sites prior to commencing work.

We’re always seeking to increase awareness of Health & Safety across everyone involved with Remarkable Labour , building our knowledge base and understanding so everyone is safe and aware of their role in ensuring our business has a team approach to health and safety. We have a program of continuous improvement across all offices & staff to ensure we are always operating at the most effective level of compliance, training and knowledge.

We constantly monitor and communicate with workers and clients to ensure that everybody is keeping safe onsite. We know that by consulting, coordinating and cooperating together we keep lines of communication open and honest which is in the best interest of our workers and our clients.
